The school runs breakfast and after school clubs available to all year groups at Rushwick Primary School, every school day between 7.30am and 6.00pm.

There is no registration fee as contact and medical details for your child are held on file in the school office.

Georgia and Hannah organise the day to day running of the clubs.

Afternoon Club: to include snack and drink:                     3.15 to 4.15pm           £5

Afternoon Club: to include snack and drink:                     3.15 to 6.00pm           £10

If your child is entitled to income based free school meals (Pupil Premium) you may claim a 50% discount from these fees. We also offer a 5% sibling discount when more than one child from a family is using the club.  We bill only for the sessions you use.  Please contact Mrs Dee for further information.

We bill a calendar month in arrears, via Worcestershire County Council invoices.  You are able to pay via online banking, over the telephone, at your bank and local post office.  We do not accept cash or cheques via the school.  We also accept childcare vouchers.  All payment details are on the reverse of your invoice and you must quote your invoice number when making any payments.  You have 30 days to clear the debt, failure to do so, will result in your child being unable to use the club until the debt is cleared. Failure to pay will result in your child being unable to use the club, until debts are cleared.
