DOWMAT
Rushwick CE Primary School is part of the Diocese of Worcester Multi-Academy Trust (DOWMAT) since January 2023.
We, at Rushwick School, are so proud and happy to belong to the Diocese of Worcester Multi Academy Trust. Our school, its staff and pupils' benefit greatly from the support, encouragement and challenge we receive from the Trust at all levels.
Our School Improvement Advisor, within DOWMAT, is Sue Parker. Our school works very closely with Sue and receive at least six school improvement visits throughout the year.
Sue has extensive senior management experience in a variety of schools including two headships, spanning a period of twelve years. She has been part of DOWMAT since 2017, when her school, Malvern Parish, joined the trust and has greatly valued the opportunity to work collaboratively with colleagues across the MAT. More recently, Sue has worked as an Executive Headteacher in three DOWMAT academies. Sue now leads the DoWMAT Academy Improvement Team as Director of Education; supporting academy leaders in ensuring all DoWMAT pupils receive a high standard of education. Sue is also an Ofsted Inspector.

Through these values, we can be sure our community is one of hope; a place of transformation and trust, where all are treated with respect and dignity.
